I highly, HIGHLY advise you all stay away from major social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and ESPECIALLY Tumblr for about a week or so. I'm sure I don't need to explain why, but I'll say it anyway: Since Trump won the election, big social media sites where sjws run rampant are all collectively shitting themselves and having a meltdown of cataclysmic proportions. These are the same sites that get their panties in a knot when somebody draws a typically fat character skinny. You do not want to see the toxic cesspool sites like Twitter and Tumblr have become.

Seriously, if you value your sanity, don't go on those sites like those. Keep away from politically charged parts of Youtube and Deviantart too for good measure.

UPDATE: Very shortly after this journal was posted, this bitch started shooting her mouth off: I originally wanted to keep this journal as impartial as possible but looks like I don't have a choice now:

Lady, I'm not saying Trump is exactly an ideal president, but he's a hell of a lot better than Hillary who was more corrupt than any politician we've had so far and that's saying A LOT. Also, with her victory, we would've most certainly gone into nuclear warfare. I'm not exaggerating here. And when I cite my source (I could've found more but I felt one was sufficient) you brush it off as an "unreliable source". Are you just putting up a defensive front so you can feel like you're right even though by all means you aren't? Like every other SJW in the world?

Hey man,

I was just wondering, have you tired out the Battle Tree yet? Is it as broken and unfair as the Battle Chateau of Gen. 6? Or is it actually fair to those who challenge it?

I'm replying here because I don't want to have Kyo in my comment history.

I just want to go on record that I still believe that demotivator to be incredibly petty. And while I have calmed down about the whole BlakeXAdam thing, I still hate how Kyo is openly supporting a guy who seems to want the world to know that his wet dream is seeing Yang get decapitated.
- And it feels a bit hypocritical that when Yang is called overrated, it means that "She's weak, and deserves to be belittled.", but when Tifa is called overrated, it simply means "She's popular."

Still, nothing against you, and I do hope that your quest for redemption is going well.

Hello DJHiryu508

Just wanted to let you know I'm gonna breed myself a Competitive Braviary.

Figured I'd ask you for advice on what kind of one I should raise (like should I give it an Adamant or Jolly Nature?). Especially with what ability I should give it. I'm honestly torn between Sheer Force and Defiant.

What are your thoughts?

Sweet! But quick note: a sheer force braviary's moves can also work with a defiant braviary's, so the nature depends on what you want.

The nature depends mostly on if you want a strong sweeper (adamant) or a late game cleaner (jolly) In the past, an all out attacker seems to work pretty well. In this case, sheer force would be the best ability with a life orb, and a jolly nature would help balance out its speed issues whereas an adamant nature will make the most of his physical moves. Give it the moves crush claw, brave bird, rock slide and superpower. But there's a few other options for an all out attacking braviary:

If you don't mind the life orb recoil, you could opt for return in place of crush claw. More damage, gets STAB, and is more accurate, but has no alternate effects and is easily gimped by will o wisps. But since you're gonna be rocking sheer force anyway that won't be that much of an issue.

Inversely, sky attack could work VERY well on a sheer force life orb Braviary although you'll need to be very careful since the initial setup leaves you open to attack.

Zen headbutt could also work in place of rock slide for both sheer force and defiant for more damage and slightly wider coverage for poison types and for when you can't risk the brave bird recoil on fighting types or need a more immediate solution than sky attack.

If its defiant (which I recommend) then its moveset opens up far more as it can take advantage of moves that have a surefire chance of some kind of effect. Case in point, rock tomb. This helps with Braviarys speed and still hits ice, fire and flying really hard. I've recently paired this with crush claw and sky drop/fly to really neuter the opponents stats before grinding them to dust. I'd go with fly more often because of its higher base power.

The current set I'm using is a leftovers/defiant set with the moves crush claw, rock tomb, sky drop and superpower. Crush claw to lower their defenses, rock tomb to lower their speed, and sky drop to 1: make sure they can't heal next turn and 2: to buy time for leftovers to work. If it knocks them out, you get two leftover recoveries instead of one because of the time you're in the sky and the time it takes the opponent to send out another pokemon. Of course, rock slide works too.

If you want to piss them off, switch rock tomb/rock slide for toxic. This turns Braviary into both a toxic staller AND a leftovers staller at the same time. Using fly or sky drop in conjuction with toxic is the main key here as it not only buys time for toxic to do its thing, but it also buys time for leftovers to refill your health. Of course, using crush claw is also great here as it'll help lower defenses to help chip away at them even more.

If you need a switcher, U-turn works well in place of the rock moves when used with superpower to reset your stats so you can use it again without worrying about dropping your stats twice in a row, but you also lose that defiant buff you can potentially get.

And that's about it really. There's a few other moves Braviary can get like shadow claw and steel wing, but I found the moves above to be the most useful. You can also potentially try an assault vested braviary to make him a fair bit bulkier against special attackers that like to lower stats then get the jump on them with defiant.

And of course, return is viable in almost any moveset with Braviary.
